Innovation Guelph is building prosperity for community wellbeing by providing mentorship and business support programs and services to help innovative enterprises start, grow and thrive.

Our novel business acceleration programs – including Speedway, Fast Lane, Fuel Injection, the Rhyze Project and BCorp Bootcamp – are designed for high-potential start-ups and small- and medium-sized enterprises from across southern Ontario that are ready to scale.Innovation Guelph also serves as a one-stop point of access to Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE) programs and resources.
The outcome is an innovation ecosystem that drives economic growth, supports environmental sustainability and enhances the quality of life for everyone in our region.

Anne Toner-Fung
Anne Toner-FungExecutive Director
A lifelong champion of entrepreneurship and an engaged economic empowerment leader, Anne’s experience includes more than 20 years of business and organizational development in the private and not-for-profit sectors. A former business owner, management executive, co-founder and angel investor, Anne has experienced business and social enterprise from all sides.
Kristel Manes
Kristel ManesDirector, Innovation Centre / Director, The Rhyze Project
A master networker, Kristel connects IG’s dots to the people, programs and events that help us and our clients grow. She’s also a small business owner, trainer, facilitator, serial entrepreneur, and business advisor. But her favourite job is mother of two girls, daughter, sister, spirit sister, friend, confidante and cheerleader.
Kevin Boon
Kevin BoonClient Services Manager / Mentor
At Innovation Guelph, Kevin has helped clients raise private capital, tap into government funding, and establish sales, marketing & social media strategies to leverage influence and build audience. Kevin coaches clients to build a simple, robust and scaleable business model combined with go-to-market strategies that embrace storytelling as well as process. As Client Services Manager Kevin acts as the liaison between our qualified team of Mentors and Innovation Guelph clients.
Mickey Campeau
Mickey Campeau Client Services Lead
Motivated by watching entrepreneurs surpass their own expectations and earn outstanding results, Mickey uses this energy to create opportunities for IG clients to continue pushing boundaries to improve their bottom line. With a strong and successful past in Sales, Management, Marketing and Self-Employment, Mickey uses this knowledge to help manage the IG client base and works with the mentors everyday to make sure each client experience is a memorable one.
Margaret Strybosch
Margaret StryboschAccountant
Margaret manages all accounting activities for IG, including financial reporting to the Board of Directors, administration of government funding contracts, and making sure we all stay within our budget. She has a passion for learning and is often taking one course or another. She recently completed her Masters of Science (Psychology) to attempt to gain a better understanding of the people in her life. Margaret lives in Guelph with her husband and four children.
Snow Conrad
Snow ConradGraphic Designer & Creative Lead
After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Environmental Studies and Business, Snow decided to turn her lifelong passion for visual art into a career and returned to school to earn her diploma in Graphic Design. Now she enjoys using her creative skills to help others and looks forward to exploring the creative side of Guelph.
