We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Ginger Grant, innovation strategist and organizational designer, to our Ignite. Empower. Innovate. 2016 program. Dr. Grant will join us for our evening dinner and networking event on March 8.

We’re fascinated by Dr. Grant’s career shift from the world of mergers and acquisitions to the pursuit of her passion researching and developing creativity clusters that accelerate innovation. Ginger’s work aims at leveraging the ability of individuals, teams and organizations to uncover untapped potential using design-driven innovation.

Author of Re-Visioning the Way We Work, her latest book, Finding Your Creative Core, was published in April 2009. A Professor in Innovation at Sheridan College, Ginger also serves as a special advisor for the Customer Experience Council at the Conference Board of Canada. In her spare time, she is a visiting Professor at the Copenhagen Business School where she teaches advanced market research, competitive intelligence and business anthropology.

We know you’ll enjoy her wisdom, humour and insight.
