Lessons From Leaders: The Importance of Mentorship
December 16, 2022 @ 7:15 am - 9:00 am

Mentorship can play a key role for business owners no matter the industry or business stage. How do you find a mentor? What does mentoring look like for a startup compared to a growing and scaling company? How do you remain true to your values and ideas while being open to their feedback? Join our expert panelists as they discuss their experiences with mentorship.
We are excited to host panelists and attendees in person at Innovation Guelph for coffee, networking, and a continental breakfast. If you are unable to join in person, there will be an opportunity to participate in the panel discussion through Zoom webinar. Doors will open at 7:15am, with the panel portion starting at 8am.
“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” — John Crosby
